Early Adopters in HR

Pletsus (Practices Leading Toward Sustainability)
Pletsus is a concept conceived by Ray Anderson, CEO of Interface Flooring, Inc. Pletsus principles are outlined in Anderson's book Mid-Course Correction: Toward a Sustainable Enterprise.
